My Life is in Boxes

So ready for tomorrow morning. Unfortunately my new landlord refuses to let me move in till tomorrow which leaves me in a house full of crap..... its gonna look fab though...

Going to the Chapel

I have always dreamed up millions of weddings for myself... literally millions.

the romantic church wedding, the bohemian beach wedding, and of course the eclectic wedding in an open field in the middle of nowhere..

However, though I dream up big dreams for myself and my future husband (whoever he may be) I honestly think we'll end up running off into the sunset and eloping in a court house, which is alright by me.

Should that happen I think I would 86 the thousand dollar ballgown and settle for this little number

Love that Anthropologie has released a line of wedding gear..

J'adore, I die...

How Amazing

is this wedding cake??

The Chair Project

For our second to last project in Elements of Design II, my fellow students and I were required to design and build a chair that was not only proportional and sturdy, but creative, unique and original.

I decided on a crate palette chair. Well, loveseat.

After leaving school one day and seeing so many crate palettes about to be thrown out I knew I could create something different with them that would be edgy yet comfortable. The projected not only resulted in many bumps and bruises, but an A in the class and new-found knowledge that I can use a table saw without cutting off my finger!

Take that chair project!
